Return and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n

\nAt LIEM ART we work to ensure that each work reaches its destination in the best conditions. All pieces are carefully checked before shipment and are packed using appropriate materials and protection systems to ensure their safety during transport.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nOur goal is to provide a satisfactory and transparent shopping experience. Returns, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, refunds and incidents related to orders will be handled in accordance with the applicable regulations and the conditions indicated below.\n<\/p>\n\n

1. Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n

\nIn purchases made at a distance, when the customer has the status of consumer, he may exercise, in general, his right of withdrawal within the period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the work or product<\/strong>, without having to state the reason and without assuming other costs other than those provided for by law.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nThe exercise of the right of withdrawal must be communicated to LIEM ART by means of an unequivocal declaration within the corresponding period. The client may do so by sending an email to contact@liem-art.com<\/a>It will not be necessary to use a specific form, although the legally provided model withdrawal form may be used.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nOnce the notice of withdrawal has been received, LIEM ART will inform the client of the procedure necessary to return the work.\n<\/p>\n\n

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n

\nThe right of withdrawal will not be applicable in those cases in which any of the exceptions provided for by current regulations are met.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nIn particular, works that have been Made to customer specifications or clearly customized<\/strong>, under the terms established by law.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nThe consideration of a work as a unique or original piece does not in itself imply the exclusion of the right of withdrawal. The applicable conditions will be determined taking into account the specific characteristics of the work and the operation carried out.\n<\/p>\n\n

3. Conditions for return<\/h3>\n\n

\nWhere the right of withdrawal becomes applicable, the client must return the work without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within the deadline of 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw<\/strong>This period will be considered fulfilled if the refund is made before the end of this period.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nThe client must handle and preserve the work with the necessary diligence. It may be liable for the decrease in value of the work that results from a handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation, in accordance with the applicable regulations.\n<\/p>\n\n
